Please join us in welcoming PlagScan’s newest addition to the Team, Jeffrey Fox. Jeffrey has accepted the role as our new Customer Success Manager. When asked what appealed to him about PlagScan, he replied, “I really like the idea of being able to work for a company that has the ability to help spread good in the world. PlagScan does this by promoting education, making sure credit is received where it is due, and implementing standardization that helps to promote original content.” He really looks forward to helping his customers succeed in reaching the goals they have set when deciding to go with our services. To achieve this, Jeffrey will help in the creation of the Customer Success Manager position. In doing so, he will make the most of his Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management, as well as the practical experience he has acquired over the years.
“To help with the continuing success of PlagScan and for its continued growth in the future, PlagScan has realized that they must implement a Customer Success Program”, Jeffrey observed. He also knows that because this is a new position within PlagScan, it will come with many challenges and demands. Jeffrey looks forward to the challenges ahead and is confident that his professional background in Sales and Customer Service/Support will help him to create the perfect Customer Success Program.
After his first week as the newest member of TOPS (“Team of PlagScan”), Jeffrey can report that he is very happy to be integrated into the team so quickly. He feels lucky to be part of such a diverse team in which all of the players are involved. He is impressed that everybody is so committed to making PlagScan grow and succeed.
An American, born and raised in California, Jeffrey found his way to Germany back in 2010. When not at work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his dog, hiking, biking and camping. He has skateboarded his entire life, and on occasion, he can be found carving the bowls at the local skate park. “You can take the boy out of California, but you can’t take California out of the boy”, Jeffrey told us.
Welcome Jeffrey! We wish you the best of luck!
